3 Stage Aqueous Cleaning Process Line
Our custom built 3 stage mobile cleaning systems utilizes Deionized water in 3 separate cleaning tanks, each with self-contained high volume filtration systems, auto fill features, mechanical elevators to raise and lower product into the cleaning baths, electric heaters with temperature controls and flushing systems.

Tank 1 - Soak Clean with heated Deionized water.

Tank 2 - Primary Clean using measured amounts of Brulin GD815 and Deionized water, Brulin GD815 is an environmentally friendly product.

Tank 3 - Final Rinse using heated Deionized water.
This process removes any lubricants and debris from the tube introduced from the fabrication, bending or forming operations. In this cleaning process particulate counts are not measured, should a precision clean be required the product would be processed to customer specifications through our precision clean room.
