INDUSTRIES Inc. was formed in April 2001 as the premier,
state-of-the-art manufacturer of precision tube and
welded assemblies servicing the aerospace, medical and
high-tech industries. We manufacture products to
exact customer specifications in support of production
and unplanned demand spare parts requirements with no
minimum or maximum quantities required. We
specialize in short lead-time rapid response
requirements.
Our manufacturing facilities and processes exceed ISO
quality requirements and are approved with most
aerospace OEM airframe manufacturers.
Our manufacturing capabilities utilize the latest state
of the art CNC tube bending, fusion welding, laser
measuring, auto-frottage, proof pressure testing,
Deutsch fitting installations, roller swaging, flaring,
beading, flattening, rolling, cutting, drilling, orbital
welding, etching, aqueous cleaning, laser identification
and many other associated tube fabrication processes.
These processes are built into lean, performance and
quality focused work cells.
We manufacture products to customer specifications.
These specifications are met by directly downloading
tube bending coordinate data (supplied by the customers)
or reverse engineering (laser scanning) and creating
tube bending coordinate data directly from customer
supplied sample parts, molds, fixtures, dimensioned
drawings or sketches.
Quality, delivery and customer support are the
measurements of success. Our material supply
chain, infrastructures and manufacturing work cells are
built into these three measurements.
